This is the guy that was on "The Office" the other night (the friend of Robert California who bumped Kevin off the drums). If and when I ever really learn how to play any instrument, I'm going to take a page out of this guy's book and play with the same kind of skill.

I was fascinated

... so naturally I had to look up multiple videos. These were the three that amused me the most!

An interesting re-imagining of it:

Fairly accurate, especially since they are high schoolers:

It's a bit long (twss), but the ending. My God, THE ENDING. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

I don't even know.

I was amused for about, oh, two seconds.

HPDHp2 Deleted Scenes

These are slightly disappointing, but there's a few bits that make up for it: (watch the deleted scenes, then read these)
1) After Luna leaves, Ron goes, "Always good value. I'll miss her. What do you think? (referring to his disguise)." Harry grabs his facial hair and says, "I wouldn't know you if I didn't know you." It shows how close they are as friends, that RON is Harry's best friend, NOT HERMIONE. That is easily my biggest disappointment with the movies, that Ron is never shown as Harry's best friend, it's always Hermione. Ron is just as important to the trio, if not more so, and I wish they'd give him credit for that. And then Ron goes, "Bloody hell, that's a sight," as Hermione walks up as Bellatrix. A boring scene for the most part but I love the little things about it. Or maybe it's just because there's more Ron in it, haha
2) I LOVE how Harry slips into the crowd right before the battle of Hogwarts (ADORABLE, OMG). I always wondered how he managed that, though even with this scene, it still doesn't make much sense. And for the love of Lucille, would someone PLEASE tell Bonnie Wright (Ginny) to SHOW SOME FREAKING EMOTION once in awhile?! She's a terrible actress and it disappoints me. Ginny is snarky and stubborn, and we never get to see that side of her through Bonnie. Sad.
3) Neville and Seamus: I giggled. It's subtle but still fun. I need more of these two in my life.
4) Remus/Tonks. Got a little teary-eyed. Still not a huge fan of how their relationship was played out through the movies but whatevs. Still cute and also depressing.
5) RON AND HERMIONE. This part was in the video game, but seeing in the deleted scenes: BRILLIANT. My little shipper heart just exploded. haha

Knowing you....

...you have probably seen this already. But it entertained me. I could see us doing this. haha

Dear Heavens...

I found this picture with this quote attached to it...and proceeded to have my biggest PPD moment yet.

Source: bing.com via Bella on Pinterest

"When I’m 80 years old and sitting in my rocking chair, I’ll be reading Harry Potter. And my family will say to me, 'After all this time?' And I will say, 'Always.'" — Alan Rickman

The Truths of this Picture...

I'm really not much of an Incubus fan (they're just sort of there, ya know?) but this song... is amazing.

The video could be better but the song is easily the best Incubus tune I've ever heard.

Priceless.

Justin Bieber a daddy? Fan claims her baby is his.(link) from CBS News

All I want for Christmas is for this to be true. Do you have any idea just how hard I will laugh? While incredibly sad that children are having children, this would just be the ultimate in poetic justice. "Baby, baby, baby, oh!"

Why, Nick Carter, WHY?

Why do I still love him? Despite it all, I am still ridiculously attracted to him.

SO CUTE

This made me get giggly and act like the fangirl that I am for these two.

Good gracious

This gave me goosebumps. Not sure whether it was his voice or the story itself. Either way, it's awesome.

Nearly made me cry

This is adorable

Made by the same videomaker as the "Marchin On" video!

The adorable Frank Sinatra

It won't embed so here's the link for two of my favorite musical moments of Frank Sinatra's:
"Come Up To My Place" (On the Town)
"You're Awful" (On the Town)
"New York, New York" (opening number from On the Town)

from "Take Me Out to the Ballgame":

And remember that question from the other night when we were looking for the song that would be in our speech at each other's wedding? Here's another option that I have considered:
"You Can Count on Me" (On the Town)

My love affair with Gene Kelly

Hopefully you know that Gene Kelly is my absolute favorite actor of all-time. For that reason, I think you should watch these videos. If these videos don't entertain you, then I will... I don't know what but it'll be something outlandish!

Nothing like a good old fashioned bromance. Donald O'Connor and Gene Kelly from "Singin in the Rain:"

and another classic featuring the age-old bromance:

And here's my beloved Gene Kelly with the adorable Frank Sinatra (who I know we both adore). It's poor quality, and this scene is actually longer than this, but this dance is downright adorable, seeing as Frank Sinatra isn't much of a dancer:
from "Anchors Aweigh"

And then there's this adorable video with Gene Kelly and Julie Andrews:

I could go on FOREVER with this post because there's so many gems on YouTube featuring my beloved Mr. Kelly. I'm quickly realizing that there's lots of Frank Sinatra gems as well, so he's going to receive his own spin-off post! haha

Paranormal Activity original ending

It's still not that creepy but at least it isn't as expected as the Bilbo-gone-bad ending.

I forgot I made this!

Found while putzing around YouTube. I got a bit teary-eyed watching the Robin parts (which is 75% of the video, haha).

Oh, and then there's this! HAHAHAHAHAHA

Wednesday, October 5, 2011

This series is actually incredibly dumb but I want you to notice who they make fun of the most.

Monday, October 3, 2011

Let me guess: this guy's thesis was about daddy long legs.

Because clearly, he has thought of everything related to the topic.

Mostly, I just enjoy the fact that this guy is so awesomely awkward. Also, watching a German attempt sarcasm is just... priceless.

"Who... seriously, what... what are you doing? Daddy long legs? I... I don't know."
hahahahaha

LOL FOREVER.

I really thought this was going to be stupid, but then I cackled for about 20 minutes straight. BRILLIANT.

Why? WHY?

WHY did I watch this video? TEARS running down my face.

Disney's Deathly Hallows

The casting of each HP character to a Disney character is pretty accurate, haha

Twue wuv!

Saw a pic of the Phelps twins on Tumblr and I thought, "Hmmm... I know those faces..."

The end.

The crying/hugging Rupert Grint and Emma Watson bit got to me, haha

A word from Draco

Draco Malfoy and the Rejected Handshake
Draco Malfoy and the Better-than-Potter’s Broomstick

This video will change your life.

The lyrics from this will make you reconsider everything you ever thought you knew. For example:

"Yesterday was Thursday (Thursday)
Today it is Friday (Friday)
We we we so excited
We so excited
We gonna have a ball today
Tomorrow is Saturday
and Sunday comes afterwards"

Blows your mind, doesn't it? There's so much to discuss.

Either this is really freakin' hilarious

Or it's 6:42am and I'm just giggly because I haven't been to bed yet.

Also... is that you, Arthur Weasley?

Monday, January 24, 2011

So I've been thinking...

... another trip to WWoHP is in order this summer.

Boys, what have you to say about this idea?

Just for you

“Is it difficult playing 18-year olds at the age of 23?”
“Not really, when you’re as immature as we are.”
