This song was written/produced by Max Martin (pop music genius and big time BSB collaborator). He originally intended for it to be recorded by BSB but was instead recorded by Celine Dion.
This is 1 of my favorite Celine songs and now I know why! Listen to it. It TOTALLY sounds like something from BSB's "Millennium" album!
